Cuz was Gex's fat party-animal cousin. One time he was kidnapped by a New York mafia in league with Rez. Gex came to the rescue and Cuz helps his cousin in the Media Dimension with Rex to rescue Agent Xtra, Gex's secret agent girlfriend, and defeat Rez.
