Boss Gordon was the anti-matter counterpart of Commissioner Gordon in Amerika's counterpart of Gotham City. Boss Gordon was the city's leading crime boss and ally of the Owlman, until his empire was toppled by Batman and Commissioner Thomas Wayne.
