Fiery Pit

The Fiery Pit was Dr. Evil's flaming hole of death, designed by Mustafa. If Dr. Evil is unhappy with a member of his Evil Cabinet, a button on his deadly control panel with their name on it allows him to send their boardroom chair tipping backwards and drop them through a trapdoor and into the fiery pit, where they, normally, meet their doom.
