Raquell

Raquell was a student at the Raccoon City College and a friend of Michelle Allen. She and her boyfriend Mike believed that something terrible was afoot at the college when Michelle and another girl, Julie, were both killed on the school grounds. They warned undercover STARS member Jill Valentine, posing as an exchange student, to return to where she came from before she too was killed.
