Sturm

Sturm was the commander of the Black Hole Army, and responsible for instigating a major war between the four countries of the world: Orange Star, Green Earth, Blue Moon (who was being manipulated directly by Sturm), and Yellow Comet. Sonja, a commander from Yellow Comet, tracked down Sturm's creation- a clone of Andy- which he was using to attack the other countries and create hatred against Orange Star. After a extensive battle, all four countries managed to push Sturm out of their territory.

He returned again with four Black Hole commanders, Flak, Lash, Adder, and Hawke, in an attempt to establish bases on each country's homeland and pillage their resources. After the commanders of each country succeded in pushing back Black Hole's forces, they once again followed Sturm to his base and attacked him to reclaim their resources. However, when they found large amounts of their resources gone, they searched and found Sturm with a giant missile launcher, capable of destroying an entire continent with one missile. They fought Sturm, with time against them, and managed to damage the launching system. Sturm's plan changed, so he tried to blow the missile up immediately and kill everyone on the island. However, before he could activate the missile, Hawke used the opportunity to kill Sturm and take his place. With neither force in any condition to fight, the Black Hole forces, now led by Hawke, retreated once again from the Wars World without saying a word.
