Constrictus

The Constrictus was a terrible creature kept as a pet by Bloth. It resembles a massive worm or leech, with multiple fanged mouths and three tentacles ending in barbed hooks. It also has a tail equipped with a poisonous stinger. Whenever Bloth wanted to dispose of an enemy or an underling who displeased him, Bloth would throw them into the pit aboard the Maelstrom, where they would quickly be consumed by the beast.
