Jack Tuber

Jack Tuber was a guest at Chairface Chippendale's birthday party. Known in criminal circles as the Man of a Thousand Faces, Jack's head was (apparently) a potato, and all his facial features (eyes, nose, ears, mouth, etc.) were removable. He played a prank on Eyebrows Mulligan by putting his nose in Mulligan's drink at the party, and later grappled with the Tick, who knocked all his facial features off.
