Francois Derval

Major Francois Derval was the older brother of Domino Derval, who flew as a pilot for NATO. He was seduced by SPECTRE agent Fiona Volpe and then killed with poison gas by Angelo Palazzi, who had been surgically altered to resemble him so as to steal the Vulcan bomber and its warheads from NATO.
