Dean White

Dean White was the dean of the university where Neil Hamilton and Edmond Delhurst taught. Ruthless and greedy, White refused to shut down the campus when giant rats infested it, worried that students' rich parents would withdraw their funding. He did however hire two exterminators as well as inform Lt. Weizel of the police. He ignored the rat problem up until the giant rodents attacked the grand opening of the university's new swimming pool. In attempting to use a student, Elaine, as a human shield against one of the rats, White fell off of the pool's high dive to his presumed demise.
