Kubota.

Kubota was once the English language professor of young Fumio Sudo, until both were killed in a hiking accident. Like his young student, Kubota's identity was adopted by a cockroach-like alien from the Nebula Space Hunter M and his dead body was used as a "uniform" or disguise of sorts. Together with the alien posing as Fumio, Kubota founded the theme park Children's Land which the pair used as a front for their scheme to conquer Earth using Gigan and King Ghidorah. Kubota, or rather the alien pretending to be him, died when the Godzilla Tower exploded.
