Commander Bennett

Commander Bennett was a military officer and former superior of Race Bannon. He enlisted Race's help to stop Ezekiel Rage during Rage's plan to destroy the Earth's ozone layer. Following Dr. Jeremiah Surd's framing of the Quest's for the theft of Air Force One, Bennett was reassigned to Alaska as part of Agent Hinkel's attempt to purge the US government of anyone sympathetic to the Quests.
