Spike (Batman Films)

Spike was the leader of a motorcycle gang who raced against Dick Grayson and Barbara Wilson. Proving to be a ruthless cheater, Spike arranged for his gang to ambush Dick and Barbara during the race and kill them (despite having made a side bet with Barbara; one wonders how Spike, if his gang had succeeded, would've collected the money).
