Burge was an Enforcer pilot who was often partnered with King. While on a routine night patrol, the two happened upon an old graveyard where the Pastmaster had recently been accidentally been freed by grave robbers Jack and Tom, bringing two skeletons to life. The skeletons attacked King and Burge's chopper, but King quickly shot and destroyed them. Under instructions from Enforcer Headquarters, the two took the burial chest the Pastmaster had been imprisoned in to the Megakat City Museum of History. Burge and King later participated in Commander Feral's attempt to retake the Megakat Tower from Dr. Viper, serving as his wingmen when he tried to go in from the roof using choppers. The Flyers, flying Plantimals, attacked them. Their acid spit severely damaged Burge and Feral's choppers, forcing them and King to retreat. Later, Burge and King tried to kill the Behemoth guarding the front entrance by dropping a canister of weed killer onto it, but this failed to harm it, even causing it to mutated into a larger, more dangerous form.
