Biography
Kotal was a male warrior from the realm of Osh-Tekk where he was a young boy until his homeland was merged with Outworld.
During this time, he was known to had become travelled to Earthrealm and served as a guardian and protector for the ancient Mayans, giving him the name of Buluc, the war god.
After several years in Maya, he returned to the remanants ofOsh-Tekk and joined Shao Kahn's army, where he later became involved with the Edenian warrior Jade.
With years of service under his ledger, he gained the title of general, before he was betrayed by Shao Kahn and imprisoned in the Flesh Pits of the sorcerer, Shang Tsung.
After both of their deaths, he was freed from the pits and retook the place of general, before successfully conspiring against, overthrowing, and succeeding Mileena as ruler.
Afterwards he appointed Ermac(Living Collection of Souls), Erron Black(Former Black Dragon mercenary turned Cowboy Anti-Hero), Ferra/Torr(Child and Beast duo), D'Vorah(Well known member of the Kytinn Hive), and Reptile(Zabrak warrior) to serve in his army, while he engaged in a civil war with Mileena's forces, killing King Gorbak of the Shokan, the entire Tarkatan tribe, and Edenian warrior Tanya, while he ripped Shokan prince, Goro's arms off of.
After Earthrealm special forces were sent in in the modern day to find Shinnok's amulet(in Mileena's hands), Kotal Kahn allied himself with Cassie Cage and the "Kombat Kids" to stop rebel forces and execute Mileena.
When Shinnok threatened Outworld and Earthrealm, in an attempt to save his people, he tried to capture the "Kombat Kids" to serve as a gift t Shinnok, while he strengthened his forces in secret. However, he was fought off by the second Sub-Zero and his Lin Kuei forces.
Two years later, when he tried to execute the war criminal, Kollector, the time merger occurred in his arena, bringing several previous kombatants including Jade and Shao Kahn, leading to several conflicts, which led to his resparked love and compassion, along with him being crippled and later killed(Aftermath) by Shao Kahn.
