Alien Immigration Bureau

The Alien Immigration Bureau (AIB) was an organization, presumably part of the U.S. government, which deals with the immigration of extraterrestrials to Earth. Among other things, they examined and processed the four political refugees from Daxam rescued by the Justice Leaguem

It is unclear if extraterrestrial visitors are really common to require an official organization dealing with them, or if this just their equivalent of U.S. immigration services.
