Overview
He was a foe of Batman, a harsh vigilante who executed criminals via (unsurprisingly) electrocution. His primary targets were those criminals who had escaped punishment thanks to legal technicalities. Other than Batman, he has also clashed with the Vigilante and Nightwing. Most recently, he was working as a mercenary for Blockbuster in Bludhaven.

- Electrocutioner was created by Marv Wolfman, Michael Fleisher and Irv Novick where he made his first appearance in Batman v1 #331 (January, 1981).
