Haywood.

Haywood was the (apparent) head of British Intelligence. Following the death of his best man, Blade, he reached out to the American CIA for help and was granted the use of their best agent, Michael Corben. He worked closely with US Air Force officer Larabee on the matter. Unfortunately, Agent Corben was murdered by Ilsa Grunt, and through a series of misunderstandings an American high school student on a class trip to France who happened to have the same name was mistaken for the other Corben. Unaware of this, Haywood and Larabee remained puzzled by the unusually young "agent's" behavior.
