Libra (ライブラ Raibura)
Overview
It was a secret society of supermen who worked in the shadows to preserve the balance of world's within Hellsalem's Lot (HL). Their full scope was unknown but it was said that precise information on them was worth billions to the underworld. This major organization sought to keep the balance at Hellsalem's Lot and were shrouded in mystery.
Due to its nature, knowledge of its members was kept a close secret as any being was willing to sell this information to unscrupulous parties or some individuals may even attempt to take down Libra themselves.
Libra's headquarters was a large skyscraper located within Hellsalem's Lot that had a high degree security system. This included technological and mystical defences that could place he entire building on lockdown. In this state, mystical wards activated based on the state of security that incinerated any targets that attempted to break into the structure.

- Gilbert F. Altstein : a famous combat butler of the Reinherz family who departed to continue serving Klaus where he tends to the Libra members. Unknown to many, he was a regenerator whose powers activated when he suffered injuries that would lead to death whereupon his body repaired itself. Typically, he was seen covered with bandages over his face giving him an almost mummy-like appearance where he handled Libra's intelligence work.
