METACop

METACop, or Maximum Emergency Tactical Assault Officer, was a genetically and technologically enhanced super-cop created using Lexcorp funds under the orders of Mayor Deuteronomy Phist. METACop was designed to defeat and replace the Flash, having superhuman size and strength along with advanced sonic and electrical weapons. He nearly defeated the Flash, but Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) helped stop him.
