Mr. Musabe
From Multiversal Omnipedia
Mr. Musabe was the envoy to the U.N. from the small African nation of Bijouti. He was shocked to return to a snowy land in the middle of a heat wave. Musabe was later turned into one of Polar Lord's Icebots, and freed by the Justice League#anim.
