J. Gander Hooter

J. Gander Hooter was the vertically-challenged director of SHUSH. Unlike his associate Grizzlikof, Vladimir Goudenov, J. Gander is highly supportive of Darkwing Duck and his methods. Most of the time, anyway. He appears to be a goose.
