Mayor (King Kong 1976)

The Mayor of New York. He talked on the phone with Jack Prescott, and promised to have the National Guard capture King Kong alive if Jack revealed to him where Kong was headed. Unfortunately, the Mayor went back on his word and gave the order to kill Kong as soon as Jack told him the ape was headed for the World Trade Center.
