Henry Martin was an acquaintance of Pierre Cavell's who worked for the Council For World Peace. In truth, he as an inspector named John Martin who worked for Superintendent Hardanger.

- In the film, he is an SDI agent and his real name is never given. His role is identical to the novel, though, wherein he comes to see Lee Barrett about smuggling a vaccine stolen from Station 3.
