Red Bamboo Naval Officer

This Red Bamboo naval officer commanded the ship which brought both slaves and canisters of X-2 to Red Bamboo's base on Letchi Island. He was killed along with Red Bamboo's commander and Captain Yamoto when Ebirah destroyed the ship while they were attempting to escape.
