Andrew was the servant of Elise Lenoir. Friction existed between him and his employer. He suspected she would replace him with Hadji Singh, and when he confronted her about it, she became enraged and attacked him, using her demonic power to drain his lifeforce, killing him.

• Andrew is based on two different characters from Succubus!, an unfinished episode of the earlier SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron; Katrina Moorkroft's chauffeur Otto and her butler Laszlo. Like Otto, he drives Elise's limousine, and like Laszlo he serves as her butler.
