Biography

Archer was a male human Mutant born in the future of an alternate reality designated as Earth-1191 in the Multiverse. (X-Factor v1 #140)

He was deployed alongside the rest of the Xavier Security Enforcers to deal with an enclave of exhumes hoarding weapons left from the Summers Rebellion. Orders were to bring all the exhumes back alive as scientists were looking to restore them back to normal. Shard though believed it was better to kill such threats as there was no other solution. Archer and his comrades overheard this where they expressed similar views. They then asked Shard to meet them at the old Sentinel Tact Base at midnight. (X-Factor v1 #140)

Overview

Personality and attributes

In his native time, he was noted to had been friends with Fixx and Greystone where they later included Shard among their ranks. They believed the world was ruined and they had a plan to change it. (X-Factor v1 #140)

Powers and abilities

Archer was a Rogue within the ranks of the Xavier Security Enforcers (X.S.E.) who were not part of any team and worked on the fringe of standard ops. As a result, he and his comrades were rejected as well as feared by the rest of the corps. They were noted as being good but also operated as mavericks with some even saying that they were the best at what they did. (X-Factor v1 #140)

He along with his group came to operate under the name of the Xavier Underground Enforcers (X.U.E.) who engaged in their own actions. They claimed that their goal was to repair what they deemed to be Xavier's dream. It was said that there was no room in their group for hero worship and thus they did not hold the X-Men in such high esteem as they believe Xavier's students failed in their mission. (X-Factor v1 #140)
