Atheon is a company that features in the Hulk movie.

History

Atheon was a military contractor that worked closely with the U.S. military and who's mission was the acquisition was new technology for combat purposes. Their base of operations was an underground installation located deep within the desert. The base consisted of several levels with a large amount of military personnel from the U.S. government. The facility itself was under the command of a U.S. Army general, however, its oversight is left to other members within the American government.

The organization attempted to get access to vital new sources of technology whether it was mechanical or technological. Its agents enjoyed a lucrative prospect patenting the new discoveries and earning millions. This meant that Atheon was constantly on the look out for new scientific developments and often scouted numerous labs throughout the states. They showed an nterest in Nanomeds and the entity designated as Angry Man.
