Bellasarious Memorandum

The Bellsarious Memorandum was a Strack Industries memo proving that Louis Strack, Jr. was paying off members of the city zoning commission, in particular Claude Bellasarious. The document fell into the hands of Dr. Peyton Westlake through his girlfriend, Strack's lawyer Julie Hastings, and was stolen by Robert G. Durant and his gang, who maimed Westlake in the process. Julie later found the memo in Strack's office and realized he was the one behind the whole thing.
