History
Origin
The Bizarro League were a superhero team from Bizarro World that were created by Bizarro No. 1.
Whilst making his League, Bizarro No. 1 came to use an imperfect duplicator on an image of the Flash but for reasons unknown the device created a handsome perfect copy of the superhero. This led to this failed copy being banished from Bizarro World where he landed on Earth. Whilst there, he came to adopt the name Hero for himself with him courting Lois Lane. In this time, his body began to revert and turn him into a true Bizarro Flash resulting in him returning to Bizarro World. (Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane v1 #74)
Post-Crisis
Following the Crisis on Infinite Earths, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events.
When Bizarro III found himself infused with radiation from a blue sun, he developed the ability to replicate himself as well as create other "Bizarro" lifeforms based upon likenesses of people from Earth. He used this power to populate a cube-shaped planetoid dubbed Bizarro World within the blue sun star system.
Post-Flashpoint
Following the Flashpoint, a new version of reality was created with a different history of events. The Unjustice League of Unamerica were a group of 'unheroes' led by Bizarro who were inhabitants of Earth-29.
