Boils Brown was a supervillain thug.

A henchman of Chairface Chippendale. Boils Brown was a large, strong man whose face and hands (and presumably the rest of his body) were covered in unsightly boils. He assisted Forehead in stealing the Geissman Lenses for Chairface, and although he was defeated by American Maid, he turned up a few times after that, usually seen alongside Dean.

He never appeared in person. According to the Tick, Boils wouldn't want to be Stacy Waxman on her date with Arthur.
