Series of comic books created by John Byrne and published under DC Comics' Elseworlds line. They feature a world based on a simple assumption- that the characters' first published appearance was their actual first appearance, and that they aged from that point forward. Three series have been published in all. The crossover tale Batman and Captain America is also canon for this continuity.
