Club Toad.

Club Toad was an officers' club set up by the Toad Empire on Rigel 5 shortly after they conquered the planet. It featured a bar, pool hall, spa, golf course, and a TV studio. During the toads' relatively brief stint as rulers of Rigel 5, the Toad Air Marshall spent most of his free time here.
