History
The Company was an organization that was founded in 1977 by a group of twelve founders.
It was said that they were a group of like-minded individuals who were once ordinary men and women that were gifted with extraordinary powers. They wanted to help others of their kind by finding them and protecting them from harm as well as making sure they did not become dangerous. (Episode: Four Months Later...)
After the death of Bob Bishop at Sylar's hands, Angela Petrelli came to take over as the head of operations of the Company.
Overview
They sought out other evolved humans to either to teach them to use their abilities for the good of mankind or eliminate them if they were too dangerous. (Episode: Four Months Later...)
Primatech Research had a detention facility known as Level 5 that was designed and built to contain dangerous individuals such as evolved humans in prison cells.

Notes
- The Company was created by Tim Kring where it featured in the setting of the Heroes universe.
- On CRB, Joe Pokaski and Aron Coliete took part in an interview where they confirmed that Isaac mendez's father was one of the Company's founders.
