The Crimson Dawn are a criminal organisation that features in Star Wars.

History

The Crimson Dawn were a criminal organization that existed within the galaxy far, far away.

During the Clone Wars, the syndicate came to be a member of the Shadow Collective that were a collection of criminal organizations brought together by the former Sith Lord Darth Maul. In this time, it was noted that they came to covet the territory of the Pyke Syndicate. Eventually, Maul came to be the leader of the Crimson Dawn and operated secretly from the shadows. Over a short period of time, they were shown to had quickly established a reputation for being both ruthless and efficient. This led to it becoming one of the galaxy’s emerging crime syndicates during the rise of the Galactic Empire.

Overview

In appearance, the Crimson Dawn were an intergalactic criminal syndicate that operated across the galaxy.

It was said that once a person joined the Crimson Dawn then they could never leave their ranks.

Members

  • Maul : a male Iridonian from Dathomir who was a former Sith Lord that became the hidden leader of the Crimson Dawn.
  • Dryden Vos : a blonde haired near-human who came to be the visible representative of the Crimson Dawn and was their leader. He was both a pitiless enforcer and yet a gangster of wealth and taste until he was killed whereupon his operation was taken over by his lieutenant Qi'ra.
  • Qi'ra : a female human from Corellia who was a slave to a criminal gang until she was purchased by Dryden Vos where he made her into his protégé an lieutenant. After Vos's death, she came to take over his criminal operation and became the new leader of the Crimson Dawn.
  • Aemon Gremm : a male Hylobon mercenary who became the captain of Dryden Vos's security forces.
