Crown of Obedience

The Crown of Obedience was a mind control device used by Turmoil to instill total mindless obedience in an individual. After she escaped from Alkatraz and tricked T-Bone into coming to her mountain base, the Cloud Fortress, her lieutenant put the Crown onto T-Bone, turning the big SWAT Kat into Turmoil's mindless slave. T-Bone remained in this condition until the Crown was knocked off of his head by Razor, freeing him from Turmoil's control.
