David Stantz

Dr. David Stantz is the father of Ray, Carl, and Jean Stantz. He was a wealthy doctor and although he loved his son Ray and continued to associate with him in the wake of "the Peter Venkman incident," he severely disapproved of Ray keeping company with Venkman and left him their summer home in upstate New York as "property to fall back on" should Ray's association with Venkman lead him to financial disaster.
