Dinosaur Neil

Dinosaur Neil was the mustached paleontologist and head tour guide at Dinosaur Gulch. After seeing a movie in which dinosaurs were brought back to life through genetics, he believed it was possible to create a dinosaur from DNA found in fossilized dinosaur bones. His experiments were moderately successful, as he managed to grow a small lump of dinosaur tissue which he kept in a petri dish. Neil kept it in a soloution of acetylsalicylic acid.

After Neil accidentally ate the dinosaur tissue, mistaking it for his pasta salad. Overnight, turned into a half-human, half-dinosaur. His mind was exponential to his size so the larger he grew the dumber he got. His growth could have been halted with aspirin but his huge dinosaur hands couldn't open the child-proof cap on the medicine bottle. After leaving Dinosaur Gulch Neil rampaged through the City. Efforts by the Tick to stop Dinosaur Neil using his titanic strength proved fruitless.

Arthur meanwhile figured out that acetylsalicylic acid was aspirin, so he and the Tick had Sid of Bang Pharmaceuticals create a giant aspirin tablet. The National Guard was called in by Mayor Blank to destroy the dinosaur at the Must Go Shopping Plaza, but the Tick ended up being eaten by Neil along with the aspirin tablet. After wrestling with the 180-ton monster's tongue, the Tick threw the tablet down Neil's throat, then escaped as Neil shrank back down to a normal human again.
