Elec Man (DRN #008) was one of the six original Robot Masters built by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. After being reprogrammed by Dr. Wily, Elec Man battled Mega Man, only to be destroyed.
Elec Man's weapon was the Thunder Beam.

Elec Man returned as one of Dr. Wily's henchrobots.
