Emil (SWAT Kats)

Emil was the security guard at Megakat Biochemical Labs, who often slept or read comic books while on duty.

Comments

• Emil was going to have a small role in the unfinished episode The Doctors of Doom where he is attacked by the Ci-Kat-A when they break into the lab to steal Super-Katalyst 566, using their slimy spit to stick him to the wall. His fate after this is not revealed.
• Emil's name is sometimes misheard as "Abel," due to the way Dr. Zyme pronounces it.
• In the script for The Origin of Dr. Viper, his name was Smitty. This was probably changed to avoid confusion with the Enforcer sergeant of the same name. It's possible, however, that his full name is "Emil Smitty."
