  • In Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, Barry Allen used the ring to hide his costume and used his superspeed to wear it. As the Flash, he inadvertently changed history as he sought to prevent his mother's death. Only Barry Allen and Professor Zoom knew of the previous timeline but the Flash was drained of the Speed Force. In addition, Professor Zoom switched the costume in the ring with his own which was how Barry learnt of Zooms involvement.
