Frankie (DC Animated)

Frankie was a small-time hood who worked for Rupert Thorne. He was the one most responsible for the creation of Two-Face, first when he humiliated Harvey Dent in public, thus bringing Dent's second personality Big Bad Harv to the surface. Later, it was Frankie's machine gun fire that resulted in the explosion of chemicals which scarred the left side of Dent's body.
