Biography
Grant Douglas Ward was a male human born on January 7, 1983 as the son of prominent politicians where he had a number of siblings. Among these included an older brother named Christian Ward and a younger brother named Thomas Ward. It was noted that Grant had a difficult childhood with his eldest brother often forcing him to beat up their younger sibling. In addition, his parents were said to had been worse with Ward suffering from abuse from both his mother and father. According to him, he also had a sister but he came to eventually lose contact with her.
Overview
Personality and attributes
In his youth, he noted that he had been filled with rage and that he wanted revenge. This ultimately led to him choosing to join HYDRA which he would later admit that he did for petty, personal, selfish reasons. In it, he came to find father figure, an opportunity for vengeance and also for getting closure for his issues.
Powers and abilities
He came to be attached to a secret HYDRA program called the Centipede Project which looked to create supersoldiers.
After dying on Maveth, his dead remains came to be used as a host body for the ancient Inhuman known as Hive.
