Joey the Snail

Joey the Snail, real name Joey Martin, was a criminal in Gotham City who'd worked with Killer Croc Morgan, until he betrayed Croc and testified against him in court when his comrade was busted by Detective Bullock. Years later, Joey was kidnapped from prison by Croc (disguised as Bullock) as part of his plan to incriminate the detective. Joey was held captive in Croc's underwater lair along with Spider Conway, until they were both rescued by Batman.
