History

Kamino was a watery world that was located a long time ago in the galaxy far, far away. The lonely planet was located beyond the Outer Rim where it was situated south of the Rishi Maze.

After the Declaration of the New Order, the Clone Troopers were reorganised to become the part of the new Galactic Empire's military where they became the Stormtroopers. This saw them phasing out the use of cloned soldiers in favour of naturally born recruits. Vice Admiral Rampart was placed in charge of Project War-Mantle by Governor Tarkin that saw the gradual replacement of the Clone Army. Part of this involved the establishment of a secret Imperial base on Daro where 50 Clone Commandos were set to train recruits from all over the galaxy with these encompassing 1,000 TK troopers. Later on, Admiral Rampart evacuated all key equipment from Kamino and personnel whereupon he had his Star Destroyers destroy Tipoca City thus bringing the Clone Trooper program to an end.
