Biography

L-Ron

At some point, he came into the service of the intergalactic conqueror known as Lord Manga Khan who operated on a mobile starship called the Cluster. (Justice League International v1 #14)

Seeking a way to stop Despero, L-Ron came to suggest that his technology could be used to make a control collar to stop the villains rampage. Kilowog then used his Power to turn L-Ron into a collar for the task. During the fight, the collar was placed on Despero but in an unexpected twist it was found that L-Ron's bio-electronic matrix had impressed themselves over the synaptic patterns of the body. Thus, in effect, L-Ron came to possess the body of Despero thus ending the threat posed by the supervillain. Lord Manga Khan then later arrived where he wanted his construct to re-join him on the Cluster with the bio-construct returning to his master within his new body. (Justice League Europe v1 #34)
