Lesser Power

Lesser power is a ranking of strength for powers indicating that they are the weakest of the true powers- stronger than demipowers, but nowhere near as strong as intermediate powers. Lesser powers tend to hold limited portfolios- many of the species-specific powers are lesser powers.
