Louis (Jonny Quest)

Louis was one of the henchmen working for Dr. Salazar. He was a large man with a shaved head. Race Bannon nicknamed him "Ugly." When Salazar completed his work on the Malenque plague, he tested it on Louis who became shriveled and mummy-like. Salazar predicted that in one hour, Louis would die. Later, the dying henchman was found by Race Bannon and Jonny Quest, and he told them that Salazar was planning to steal Dr. Quest's helicopter. What became of Louis after this is unknown, although he likely perished.
