Biography
Luger was a female human whose parents were both killed in the first Vektan war when she was a little girl with her being traumatized by the experience. She eventually went into the military where an during RRF training exercise she met Jan Templar with the two dating. During their time, she felt his heroic boy scout attitude was endearing but in time she felt suffocated by his protectiveness. She eventually took the opportunity to join the Shadow Marshal course leading to her relationship with Templar ending.

When she joined the Shadow Marshals, she was not sure whether she did it to run away from Templar or because she was seeking her own ambitions.
