Megaguirus

Megaguirus was the giant queen of the Meganula. Megaguirus was born when all the Meganula gave the energy they stole from Godzilla to the colossal cocoon, dying in the process. This may explain the creature's reptilian appearance.

Megaguirus was able to fly at a hypersonic rate. After flying around Tokyo, she confronted Godzilla, and after a lengthy battle Megaguirus was brought down by the monster king's atomic ray.
