Biography

Original Timeline

Michael Myers was a male human born on October 19, 1957. He had an older sister named Judith and a younger sister. The family resided in a two-story house at 45 Lampkin Lane in the suburban town of Haddonfield, Illinois. By 1963, when Michael was 6 years old when he claimed to have suffered from bizarre, inexplicable nightmares and heard a 'voice' in his head that would tell him to do things. According to Michael, the voices would tell him to say that he hated people. His dreams were filled with images of actual events that took place several centuries ago at the dawn of the Celtic age. He dreamed of a disfigured 15 year old boy named Enda who, after being rejected by his true love Deirdre, brutally murdered her during the feast of Samhain, on what would later be called Halloween night. These visions would have a greater impact on Michael later on in his life.

On October 31, 1963, Michael committed his first act of murder. His parents were away, and he was at home with his sister Judith who was supposed to be babysitting him, but cared more about spending an intimate moment with her boyfriend, Danny. After Danny left, Michael, dressed in a clown costume, went into the kitchen, picked up a kitchen knife, walked up the steps and stabbed Judith to death. He then quietly walked back downstairs and into the front yard where he waited for his parents and the police to arrest him. Michael was taken to Smith's Grove Sanitarium where he became the patient of a psychiatrist named Doctor Samuel Loomis. He spent fifteen years with Doctor Loomis, barely moving, never speaking a word.

The Return of Michael Myers

H20 Timeline

Michael Audrey Myers was born on October 19, 1957, as the only son of Donald Myers and Edith Myers and the younger brother of Judith Myers. The family resided in a two-story house at 45 Lampkin Lane in the suburban town of Haddonfield, Illinois. Even from a very young age, Michael Myers was a disturbed little boy. The road signs for what would later become a lifelong psychosis had its roots as early as 1961. Young Michael discovered his older sister Judith's diary and defaced it by drawing macabre images of murder. His mother criticized Michael's behavior, but his mind was filled with images of Judith's death. When Michael was four years old, his mother became pregnant again with a girl who would be named Cynthia; Michael would secretly fantasize about killing his baby sister while she was still in the womb. Only Judith seemed to pick up on the disturbing behaviour her brother exhibited. On May 18, 1963, she was forced to bring Michael on a date with her boyfriend Daniel. Driving into the woods near Langdon, Judith left Michael alone to sneak off and make love with Danny in the grass. She was horrified when Michael interrupted them, covered in animal blood. On Halloween night that same year, Michael — dressed as a clown for Halloween — watched his sister and Danny kissing before going upstairs to have sex. Taking a knife out of the kitchen drawer and waiting for her boyfriend to leave, Michael snuck up the stairs and repeatedly stabbed his sister to death. After watching her die, he left the house only to be discovered by his astonished parents, who had just returned home. Following the murder, Michael was believed to be in a state of shock and was unresponsive to police questioning, with authorities instead looking at Danny as their lead suspect. The case took a surprising turn in November, when Danny was proven innocent, and the autopsy indicated that Judith's wounds were inflicted by a child. The Sheriff's Department admitted that Michael was the most likely suspect. However, in February 1964, Michael was found "not guilty by reason of mental incompetence"; Roger Graves, the Myers family attorney, declared that the boy was a "vegetable". Instead, Michael was sent to Smith's Grove Sanitarium until his twenty-first birthday, when he would be tried as an adult. At Smith's Grove, Michael received psychiatric treatment from Doctor Sam Loomis. Upon spending time with the boy, Loomis concluded that it was a hopeless case and that Michael Myers had no humanity left. He pleaded his case that Michael be moved to a more secure facility, but his superiors refused to listen and ordered that he remain in the "adequate" Smith's Grove.[ Sometimes when Cynthia was very young, Edith took her to visit Michael at Smith's Grove Sanitarium but warned her to never speak of this to her father. In 1965, Michael's parents were killed in a car accident, and his little sister was adopted by the Strode family, who renamed her Laurie. In 1968, Sam went into Michael's room and told him that it had been five years since Judith's murder and they were not getting anywhere. He continued to tell Michael that everyone thought he was either overcome with guilt or just stupid, but he knew better. He also knew that everything he had learned was useless when it came to Michael. He then took out a gun and laid it in Michael's lap. He said that there was one bullet in the gun and if he needed to kill, then to kill him. Michael did nothing so Loomis grabbed him and asked the boy what was he waiting for. He then calmed down and told Michael that he would not let him harm another person again.

Remake

Michael Myers was the son of Deborah Myers and an unidentified father in the suburbs of Haddonfield, Illinois. From an early age, Michael began exhibiting signs of abnormal, antisocial behavior including a complete lack of empathy and a fascination with harming small animals. His family life was severely dysfunctional: his mother worked as an exotic dancer, his father had passed away, his older sister Judith could not stand him, and his mother's live-in boyfriend, Ronnie White, was a callous, abusive man who was always threatening to harm Michael. The only members of the family that Michael had any appreciation for were his mother and his infant sister Angel, nicknamed "Boo". Michael was incapable of coping with the world around him and sought solitude by hiding his face behind masks, saying he was "ugly" and had to wear them to hide his "ugliness". When Michael was ten years old, he went to school on the day of Halloween. While in the restroom, he was bullied by an older student named Wesley Rhoades, who teased Michael over the fact that his mother was a stripper at the Rabbit in Red Lounge. Michael rallied back against the bully, but Principal Jim Chambers broke up the fight before it could get out of hand. He gave Wesley and Michael detention for the fight and for Michael telling him "fuck you". While searching through Michael's school bag, Chambers discovered a condom and a dead cat in a sealed plastic bag as well as a stack of photographs depicting dead animals in various states of mutilation. He called Michael's mother as well as a child psychologist, Dr. Sam Loomis, and asked them to come to his office to discuss how to help Michael moving forward. After school, Michael followed Wesley through the woods and ambushed him. Wearing a clown mask over his face, he repeatedly beat Wesley with a large tree branch until the boy was bloody, battered and bruised. Even though Wesley was crying and apologizing, Michael showed no mercy and beat him to death. That evening, Deborah asked her eldest daughter Judith to take Michael out for Halloween. She warned Michael that she had not forgotten about the incident at school, but was completely blind to the deep-seated emotional trauma that was already manifesting inside Michael's mind. As it was, Judith dismissed her mother's request and left Michael to his own devices, preferring instead to go up to her bedroom with her boyfriend Steven Haley. Michael went trick-or-treating by himself and returned home fairly early in the evening. After enduring more verbal abuse from his crippled would-be stepfather Ronnie, Michael suffered a psychotic break. Still wearing his clown costume, Michael went into the kitchen to get a kitchen knife and a roll of duct tape. He found Ronnie asleep in the living room and bound the man's body to the chair with the tape. He then slit his throat open with the knife and hovered above him so that Ronnie could see the face of the one who killed him. While Ronnie bled out, Michael stabbed him several more times in the face and chest. He then found Steve in the kitchen making a sandwich. He clubbed him across the back of the head with an aluminum baseball bat then beat him several more times until he was dead. Michael found a mask that Steve had purchased for Halloween and switched it out with his own clown mask. He went upstairs to his sister Judith's room. He hovered above her bed while her back was turned and began running his fingers across her leg. Judith was instantly angered and slapped Michael several times across his masked face, after which Michael stabbed her in the stomach with the Kitchen knife. Judith tried to get away, but Michael followed her into the hallway where he further stabbed her, inflicting a total of seventeen wounds.
